The information required each day is best taken down in a Day Book. That’s why we have given you this same feature in Tafres.

• The Day Book allows you to see detailed Load information immediately.
• You can easily change the Date, moving quickly through each day.
• Copying a Load is easy, you can specify the date, or you can simply copy the Load to “today”.

Tafres gives you extensive Reporting capabilities. In the past, “Reporting” has meant simply sending information to a Printer. With Tafres we have rebuilt it completely.

Here are some of the options Tafres gives you for Reporting:

• You can save to a PDF file.
• If you own Microsoft Excel, you can save to an Excel file. If you own Microsoft Word, you can save to a Word file.
• You can Email the file (PDF, Excel, Word, and more!).
• There’s even the option to FTP files!
• .. And lots more, not forgetting the Printer itself!

Invoicing in Tafres is a simple process.

• Once the Loads are in Tafres , you Verify them.
• Once the Loads are Verified, you Generate the Invoice.

Finally you have the Receiving of Payment, which is as simple and straight-forward as the first two steps.

• Select which Invoices have been paid, finalise the details, and Generate the Receipt!

Tafres gives you the ability to access your Information from anywhere you have the Internet and a Computer.

• Access other base information, such as Contacts, Vehicles, Locations and Commodities
• (Coming Soon) Access the Load Report via PDF printing in the Browser
